Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. To allow me to offer appointments to other patients, I kindly ask for a minimum of 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment.

A minimum of 12 hours’ notice is required for any cancellation. Cancellations made with less than 12 hours’ notice, or appointments that are missed without notice, will incur a cancellation charge.

For all patients (including regular/existing patients), missed appointments (“did not attend”/DNA) or cancellations with less than 12 hours’ notice may result in the full treatment fee being charged.

For patients who have paid a £25 booking deposit, this deposit will be retained if:

• the appointment is cancelled with less than 12 hours’ notice, or
• the patient does not attend the appointment.

The £25 deposit secures your appointment and is deducted from your treatment cost when you attend as scheduled. It is non-refundable when the cancellation policy is not followed.

I appreciate that unexpected situations can happen, and I will always consider these circumstances where possible. However, repeated late cancellations or missed appointments may require payment in advance before future appointments can be booked.
